Everyman Campaign - TacheBack

I am taking part in the TacheBack in aid of the Everyman Campaign.

Well who'd have ever believed it!! Raising money by being lazy !! ;)

Thanks to Ade, for the referrals.. And I hope to raise as much or more than he has/will !

Ruth's a bit sceptical about the whole thing and I have to say i'm unsure what reactions I'll get and how i'll look with a tache! Hopefully i'll be able to trim it in a style that won't resemble General Lord Kitchener and i'll be able to avoid too much stick at work ! (Starting by taking a cheeky week's holiday next week !!)

I'll post some more photos when I get back and show you exactly how awful and 70's porn star this is going to look !! (I've started with four days good growth to give me something to trim as you can see from the photo !)

4th September: Just got back from 6 days in Italy.. How much facial hair the Italians display is truly amazing and encouraging !! Updating my photo in a minute!!

6th September Ok the stick machine has ground into action and i'm now getting a lot of abuse at work... Even from people who haven't contributed!

So the rule is: You contribute you can abuse, if you haven't then SHUT IT!!!

11th September Well i'm pretty impressed .. 385 quid !!! We can do better though guys and gals .. come on !!! The tache is growing very slowly now, no real difference in appearance from the above photo so won't be changing it for now!

Spare a moment today to remember those who died 5 years ago. It seems like only yesterday, but still the perpetrators are yet to be properly brought to justice! :(

12th September. Bored now.. very bored .. the tache is itching like mad and I am fed up with the funny looks i keep getting !! GRRRR. Also read a depressing article about how many people have died in the war on terror. 72,000 Civilians and nearly 3,000 American Troops. Compared to the initial figure of nearly 3,000 people who died in tragedy that sparked it all and with other deaths it brings it to around 80,000 people dead. Shocking.

18th September. Up to 500.00 GBP now! Had a great weekend in Spain playing Golf and I have to say, its growing on me now.. Excuse the pun!! Really need to catch up with Ade who has spurted out into bit of a lead(maybe its the dressing as a pornstar!)
